RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • We at Thanima Sarees strive to deliver the best quality products to you. All our productsundergo a thorough quality check and assessment before shipping. Since the products are handmade, each product is unique and may have minor inconsistencies and aberrations. Return requests will only be considered for damaged products on a case-to-case basis

  • Tampered Packaging:

If you receive a product with tampered packaging, please contact us immediately. We will require photographic evidence of the tampered packaging along with your order details. Once verified, we will offer you an exchange or a full refund.

  • Defective Products:

In the rare event that you receive a defective saree, please reach out to us within 24hrs of receiving your order. Provide an unboxing video to show the defect. We will assess the issue and, if verified, arrange for a replacement or a refund.

  • Process for Returns and Refunds:

    1. To initiate a return or refund, please email us at thanima.mumbai@gmail.com with your order number, video of the tampered packaging or defective product, and a description of the issue.

    2. Once we receive and verify the details, we will provide instructions for returning the product if necessary.

    3. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned product in its original condition.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • For returns due to tampered packaging or defective products, we will bear the shipping costs. For all other reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
